Heath has been in the Construction/Development/Real Estate Industry for over 18 years. He got into Real Estate in the South East Tennessee area around  2014-2015 after moving into Chattanooga from Atlanta, Ga Area. He resides in Cleveland, Tn with his wife and 3 children.

Heath and his associates specialize in working with individuals and families, businesses, and property owners that are either looking to sell fast, maximize the value of their current property holdings, strategically market or divest their property holdings, and invest their liquid assets in solid and profitable real estate related investments.

Being an owner of real estate himself Heath understands the many advantages and disadvantages of owning real estate, and can also identify with the day-to-day questions, management decisions, and problem solving that comes with owning investment property.  Having many years in a varied background in real world construction and development projects, property management and ownership is what helps our role as Chattanooga and Cleveland area advisers and partners for our clients.
